10 Indonesian Regions with the Cleanest Air Quality, Depok Ranks Number 1 This Morning

Depok had the cleanest air quality in Indonesia this morning. According to the Air Quality Index (AQI) from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK), Depok scored 26 on Saturday, February 1st, 2025, at 6:00 AM WIB.

At that time, Depok's air quality was categorized as "good," meaning pollutant levels were very minimal. Sukabumi Regency was second with an AQI of 28, followed by Banjarmasin in third place with an AQI of 29.

Below is a complete list of the 10 cities with the cleanest air quality in Indonesia according to KLHK on Saturday, February 1st, 2025, at 6:00 AM WIB:

1. Depok (West Java): 26
2. Sukabumi Regency (West Java): 28
3. Banjarmasin (South Kalimantan): 29
4. Gorontalo (Gorontalo): 30
5. Gresik (East Java): 35
6. Palu (Central Sulawesi): 38
7. Balikpapan (East Kalimantan): 39
8. West Bandung (West Java): 47
9. Mempawah (West Kalimantan): 49
10. Manokwari (West Papua): 51

Although these cities had the cleanest air quality nationally, not all cities had good air quality.
