In 2023, per capita weekly expenditure on tobacco in Sukabumi City was Rp66.89. This figure is significantly higher than the previous year's Rp12.77 per capita per week.

The five largest expenditure categories for cigarettes and tobacco in Sukabumi City, ranked from highest to lowest weekly per capita spending, are: filtered kretek cigarettes (Rp19,740), unfiltered kretek cigarettes (Rp3,821.01), white cigarettes (Rp2,864.96), tobacco (Rp66.89), and other cigarettes and tobacco products (Rp56.53).
