The Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) recorded 130 districts/cities with weekly agglomeration tracing above the national average, currently recorded at 3.04 percent as of Thursday, November 24, 2022.
The top five districts/cities with figures exceeding 22.04 percent are Lombok Barat (26.25 percent), Asahan (25 percent), Metro City (24.57 percent), Tasikmalaya (22.4 percent), and Pasuruan (22.04 percent).
A recapitulation of national Covid data from the Ministry of Health shows an increase in tracing in most districts/cities outside Java. Daily tracing figures higher than before were recorded in 35 districts/cities, while 32 districts/cities recorded lower tracing figures.
Some of the areas outside Java with the highest tracing values include Lombok Barat (26.25 percent), Asahan (25 percent), and Metro City (24.57 percent).
Although Covid-19 transmission has decreased in some areas, the government urges everyone to help reduce Covid-19 transmission by always wearing masks, maintaining distance, and frequently washing hands with soap and running water. Avoiding crowds and reducing mobility also contribute to suppressing the spread of the coronavirus.
