Donggala Regency Residents' Expenditure on Other Goods: Rp5,49 per Capita per Week

In Donggala Regency in 2023, per capita weekly household expenditure on "other" goods was Rp5.49. This is an increase compared to the previous year's figure of Rp5.02 per capita per week.

The four largest components of household expenditure on "other" food items in Donggala Regency, in descending order, were instant noodles (Rp1,850.52 per capita per week), crackers (Rp282.52 per capita per week), baby porridge (Rp25.17 per capita per week), and "other" (Rp5.49 per capita per week, the lowest).

Per capita expenditure is the cost incurred for the consumption of all household members over a month, divided by the number of household members. This expenditure can be categorized into two parts: food and non-food.

Expenditure on food consumption is calculated weekly, while non-food expenditure is calculated monthly and for the past 12 months. Both food and non-food consumption are then converted into average monthly expenditure. According to Central Statistics Agency (BPS) publications, the average per capita expenditure in this regency reached Rp1.04 million per capita per month in March 2023. This figure increased by 22.1% compared to March 2022, which was Rp851,360 per capita per month.

Based on region, the highest per capita expenditure on "other" goods was in Barito Selatan Regency, and the lowest was in Buleleng Regency. Donggala Regency ranked 364th in this category. Meanwhile, the national average per capita expenditure on "other" goods is Rp220 per capita per week.
