The Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) recorded that 318 regencies/cities have complete vaccination coverage based on ID cards above the national average, currently recorded at 66.23 percent as of Saturday, November 12, 2022.
The top five regencies/cities with complete vaccination rates exceeding 96.02 percent are Samosir, Yogyakarta City, Surakarta City, Humbang Hasundutan, and Tabanan, with values of 113.17 percent, 97.44 percent, 96.91 percent, 96.07 percent, and 96.02 percent, respectively.
A national Covid-19 data recapitulation from the Ministry of Health shows an increase in complete vaccination rates in most regencies/cities outside Java. A daily increase in complete vaccination rates compared to the previous day was recorded in 195 regencies/cities, while two regencies/cities recorded lower complete vaccination rates.
Some of the regions outside Java with the highest complete vaccination rates include Samosir, Humbang Hasundutan, and Tabanan, with complete vaccination rates of 113.17 percent, 96.07 percent, and 96.02 percent, respectively.
Although Covid-19 transmission has decreased in some areas, the government urges everyone to help reduce Covid-19 transmission by consistently wearing masks, maintaining physical distance, and frequently washing hands with soap and running water. Avoiding crowds and reducing mobility also contribute to suppressing the spread of the coronavirus.
