Average Schooling Duration of Konawe Residents Rises to 9.8 Years

The average schooling duration (RLS) of residents aged 25 and over in Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi reached 9.8 years in 2025.

Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the RLS of residents in this area is above the Southeast Sulawesi provincial average of 9.56 years in 2025.

Konawe's resident RLS increased by 0.11 years (1.14%) compared to the previous year, which was 9.69 years. Meanwhile, over the last five years, this RLS has risen by 0.65 years (7.1%).

This RLS indicates that the average Konawe resident only attends school up to the 9th grade level. This RLS is better than the national average RLS of 9.07 years in 2025.
