Nielsen: GoFood App Outperforms 3 Competitors

Nielsen Singapore research shows that the GoFood app outperforms other online food delivery service applications. This is evident in GoFood's average score across all indicators, which is twice as high as the industry average. The food delivery industry in question includes Berry Kitchen, GoFood, GrabFood, and Kulineran.

The highest average scores were in the indicators of ease of use, user-friendly interface, and wide menu selection, with GoFood scoring 83 and the industry average at 44. Another strong indicator was the ease of use of the top-up method for app payments. GoFood scored 82 on this indicator, while the industry average was 43.

The Nielsen Singapore research used an independent online survey methodology conducted from May 17-29, 2019. The sample consisted of 1,000 respondents aged 18-45. The research focused on Indonesian citizens who used online food delivery services in the three months prior to the survey, specifically using the Berry Kitchen, GoFood, GrabFood, and Kulineran apps.
