Other reasons included the ability to consult at any time (21.99%), saving time and travel costs (20.79%), and the wide choice of doctors or specialists (6.23%).

APJII conducted this survey on 8,700 respondents aged 13 and above, proportionally distributed across 38 Indonesian provinces. The sample was selected using multistage random sampling.

Data collection was conducted from April 10 to July 16, 2025, using face-to-face interviews, with a margin of error of approximately 1.1%.
