Top 10 Regencies/Cities with the Highest National Tracing Rates (Friday, June 3, 2022)

The Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) recorded 74 regencies/cities with weekly agglomeration tracing above the national average, currently recorded at 2.23 percent as of Friday, June 3, 2022.

The five regencies/cities with the highest figures, exceeding 24.93 percent, are Lombok Barat (43 percent), Hulu Sungai Selatan (38.5 percent), Cianjur (30 percent), Demak (24.93 percent), and Semarang City (24.93 percent).

A recapitulation of national Covid-19 data from the Ministry of Health shows that tracing in most regencies/cities outside Java has decreased. Daily tracing figures higher than previous days were recorded in eight regencies/cities, while ten regencies/cities recorded lower tracing figures.

Some of the regions outside Java with the highest tracing values include Lombok Barat (43 percent), Hulu Sungai Selatan (38.5 percent), and Deli Serdang (23 percent).

Although Covid-19 transmission has decreased in some areas, the government urges everyone to help reduce Covid-19 transmission by consistently wearing masks, maintaining physical distance, and frequently washing hands with soap and running water. Avoiding crowds and reducing mobility also contribute to suppressing the spread of the coronavirus.
