Top 10 Regencies/Cities with the Highest National COVID-19 Vaccination Completion Rates (Monday, January 30, 2023)

The Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) recorded 304 regencies/cities with complete vaccination coverage above the national average, currently recorded at 68.03 percent as of Monday, January 30, 2023.

The top five regencies/cities with complete vaccination rates exceeding 129.42 percent are Yogyakarta City, Central Jakarta City, Denpasar City, South Jakarta City, and Magelang City, with values of 197.27 percent, 186.58 percent, 142.4 percent, 140.77 percent, and 129.42 percent, respectively.

A national Covid-19 data recapitulation from the Ministry of Health shows an increase in complete vaccination coverage in most regencies/cities outside Java. A daily increase in complete vaccination rates, higher than previous days, was recorded in 127 regencies/cities.

Some of the areas outside Java with the highest complete vaccination rates include Denpasar City, Padang Panjang City, and Badung Regency, with complete vaccination rates of 142.4 percent, 122.77 percent, and 112.66 percent, respectively.

Although Covid-19 transmission has decreased in some areas, the government urges everyone to help reduce Covid-19 transmission by consistently wearing masks, maintaining physical distance, and frequently washing hands with soap and running water. Avoiding crowds and reducing mobility also contribute to suppressing the spread of the coronavirus.
