The Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) recorded 26 regencies/cities with weekly tracing rates above the national average, currently recorded at 0.52 percent as of Thursday, March 30, 2023.

A national Covid-19 data recapitulation from the Ministry of Health shows that tracing in most regencies/cities outside Java has decreased. Daily tracing figures higher than previous days were recorded in one regency/city, while another regency/city recorded lower tracing rates.
Areas outside Java with the highest tracing rates include Balikpapan City, Kampar Regency, and Tarakan City, with tracing rates of 15.5 percent, 14 percent, and 2.33 percent respectively.
Although Covid-19 transmission has decreased in some areas, the government urges everyone to help reduce Covid-19 transmission by consistently wearing masks, maintaining physical distance, and frequently washing hands with soap and running water. Avoiding crowds and reducing mobility also contribute to suppressing the spread of the coronavirus.
