The number of people in Lampung who have received their first dose of the vaccine has reached 5.24 million.

As of Friday, January 7, 2022, Lampung Province has achieved 78.8% coverage for the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. This equates to 5.24 million vaccine recipients out of a target of 6.65 million people. The second dose vaccination has reached 48.09% of the target.

By target group, the vaccination details to combat the COVID-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce target was 35,600 recipients. For the first dose, 35,600 people were vaccinated (133.58% of the target), and for the second dose, 127.58% or 29,080 people were vaccinated.

For public sector workers, the target was 409,850 people. The first dose vaccination reached 442,620 people (107.99% of the target), and the second dose reached 99.25%, or 406,780 people.

For the elderly, the target was 704,250 people. The first dose was administered to 484,170 people (68.75% of the target). The second dose reached only 33.63%, or 236,820 people.

For the vulnerable general public, the target was 4.62 million people. For the first dose, 3.32 million people were vaccinated (72.8% of the target). The second dose reached only 43.13%, or 1.95 million people.

For adolescents aged 12-17 years, the target was 880,200 people. The first dose was administered to 710,950 people (80.77% of the target). The second dose reached 58.59%, or 515,730 people.
